What
you should know about
TheCommunityBulletin.com
The Community Bulletin
is a product of a unique company,
GiveProfit, LLC. Started in December of
2006 by Art Ferrara, GRI, e-PRO, a real estate broker with over 20 years of
experience building a leading real estate firm.
GiveProfit’s mission is to unite Brokers,
Businesses and Charities together for the common good. 40% of all revenue
generated by
GiveProfit’s network of websites will go
towards helping efficiently run charities. To benefit a charity must
receive a 4 star rating, have a written policy stating it will not sell
donor information and at least 80% of their funds must go towards their
program’s mission. All charities considered are evaluated by
www.charitynavigator.org, America’s premier, independent charity
evaluator.
The Community Bulletin is designed to be a
resource for each community that it serves, with a goal of becoming the site
to visit for information regarding that community. Each Community Bulletin
is networked with other communities at a common domain,
www.TheCommunityBulletin.com, and linked to other Broker and Business
sponsors via links on their websites. By doing this, each sponsor will
benefit from collective advertising and higher placement on search engines.
Each Community Bulletin is sponsored by a broker that is active in their
community. Each broker agrees to maintain the monthly calendar of events
and market statistics on their particular site, two components that keep
visitors coming back to the site and make it “uniquely important” to that
community. Each Bulletin is tailored to the Broker’s existing web
resources, to optimize functionality and minimize the time needed to become
familiar with the website and to maintain it. In addition Brokers can
customize their site with features unique to their needs.
Each Community
Bulletin is designed to assist “Local Businesses”. Each Bulletin has
limited sponsorship opportunities so that visitors are not overwhelmed by
page advertising and the sponsor’s message stands out. Each site is limited
to one Broker sponsor, three banner ads on the home page and no more than
two business sponsors per secondary page. Competing businesses will not be
posted on the same page. By limiting the number of sponsorship
opportunities, businesses that sponsor a page are better highlighted to
consumers and real estate agents in the community.
Why should you
sponsor a Community Bulletin?
HELP COMMUNITY
TheCommunityBulletin.com will become a valuable resource to people
that live in the community you serve. In one
convenient site people can find information on community events, schools,
town offices, tag sales, FREE ad postings, news, weather, local business,
real estate related information and services.
HELP CHARITY Sponsoring
Brokers become part of a network of real estate brokers helping efficiently
run charities. 40% of all revenue generated by
TheCommunityBulletin.com goes toward
helping charities that have been evaluated by America’s largest charity
evaluator
www.charitynavigator.org. All benefiting charities have achieved a
4 star rating, at least 80% of their proceeds go toward their program and
they have a written policy prohibiting the sale of donor information to
third parties. Our network gives wisely!
HELP CLIENTS
Your Sellers will get exposure to more potential buyers. Your buyers
will get access to more properties available and the information they desire
on the communities they want to live in. A service Brokers without this
site just cannot offer.
HELP AGENTS
Your agents will receive the public recognition and the exposure they
deserve. Potential buyer clients will find them easier. Your agents will
have a powerful tool to give potential seller clients and FSBO’s a reason to
use them when listing with a broker.
HELP YOURSELF
Today more than ever Brokers need tools to help them retain their
quality agents and distinguish themselves from other firms.
TheCommunityBulletin.com helps you in both
of those regards and builds a powerful goodwill campaign by helping the
community and deserving charities. In addition, Brokers receive 30% of the
advertising revenue generated by their site.
EASE OF USE
Our sites have built-in features designed for easy maintenance.
Unlike most Broker web site services, TheCommunityBulletin.com customizes
your sponsored site to work with your existing company web page. This
feature drastically cuts down on maintenance and training. An additional
benefit is that your existing site and agents will become more effective
too!
